In the Reign of Giants DLC, the Breezy Vest provides some protection from Wetness during Rain.

Trivia

• The Breezy Vest was added in the Progress! update.
• The Puffy Vest is its Winter counterpart, and while the Puffy Vest is the warmest clothing item for the chest slot, both the Puffy Vest and the Breezy Vest restore Sanity at the same rate.
• The Breezy Vest is equal in insulation to the Dapper Vest; the latter restores sanity faster but it has less durability.
