Glommer's Goop is dropped by Glommer every 2-4 Days (or on death) and has multiple distinct uses:
- As a generic food Item, it provides 9.4 -50 40 . This unique combination of sanity loss and healing gain makes it especially useful when Enlightenment is in effect. Like other Generic foods in , Wigfrid won't eat it.
- As Fuel, it burns for 360 seconds in a Fire Pit, the same as a Board or 4 Logs.
- It can used as a Fertilizer for growing crops or healing Wormwood.
- In Don't Starve, it speeds Farm Plant growth, just like Manure.
- In Don't Starve Together, it provides 8 units of each nutrient: compost, growth formula, and manure.
- It is an ingredient in Hostile Flares and Tree Jam scarce.
Because a world can never gain more than one goop every 3 days (on average) and Glommer is only available on nights with a full moon, many players make a point of picking Glommer's Flower on day 11 in , bringing Glommer to base, and protecting Glommer from Hounds and other threats.
